Newly created role supporting business growth at Loans Only.
We’re looking for a capable and detail-driven Administration Officer to join the Loans Only team in a part-time, remote role (approximately 20 hours per week). This role has been created due to an increase in business activity and operational scope. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on systems, structure and accountability.
You'll take ownership of a range of administrative tasks, manage recurring reporting, support internal projects and communications. There is scope to coordinate social media scheduling and content delivery, depending on your skillset.
✅ About the Role
This is a hands-on operational support role with responsibilities including:
- Administration and Reporting: Manage end-of-month tasks, track activity metrics and maintain internal documents and schedules
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate broker files, track compliance requirements and ensure documentation meets expectations
- Calendar and Inbox Coordination: Schedule meetings, monitor communication flow and maintain clarity across priorities
- Social media and Content Support: Schedule posts, manage custom AI assets and assist with content delivery where needed
- Project and Ad Hoc Support: Support one-off initiatives linked to broker development, business improvement or team operations
- Internal Process Oversight: Track outstanding tasks, follow up actions and maintain visibility across internal workflows.
This is not an entry-level role. It requires someone with strong judgement, initiative and attention to detail who can manage the day-to-day without supervision.
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in administration, coordination or operations
- Comfortable managing compliance documentation and internal reporting
- Proficient user of ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, CRM and associated systems
- Familiarity with mortgage broking or financial services preferred
- Excellent written communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement) is required.
