Global Sales Manager, New Business – Pharma Manufacturing AI Solutions | remote, East Coast US

Mason Harding have partnered exclusively with a PE-backed, AI intelligence and smart manufacturing SaaS business to recruit a Strategic Sales Manager to drive new revenue growth globally, across pharmaceutical and biotech markets.

This is a newly created hunter-style sales role, focused exclusively on winning new enterprise customers across the US and Europe for AI-powered manufacturing solutions, including predictive scheduling, alarm management, process optimization, manufacturing intelligence, and smart factory operations.

You will engage senior stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, engineering, digital transformation, and plant leadership functions within pharma, biotech, and CDMO organizations --- all hot sectors to be in!

What to expect in the role?

  • Generate and close new business opportunities across pharma and biotech manufacturing accounts
  • Build strategic relationships with enterprise manufacturing and operations leaders
  • Lead consultative sales cycles for AI-driven manufacturing and operational AI intelligence solutions
  • Develop territory and account growth strategies across the US and Europe
  • Partner with technical and leadership teams to support commercial expansion
  • Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events

Experience required to succeed in the role?

  • Must have proven hunter-style B2B sales/business development experience selling into pharma, biotech, life sciences, or contract pharma manufacturing sectors; at leas
  • Strong understanding of smart manufacturing, industrial AI, MES, process automation, Industry 4.0, or manufacturing software
  • Track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong communication, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
