Hiring: Director Brand, Strategy (United States, Remote)

If you’re a strategist who can own the brand narrative and bring it to life across channels, this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often.

We’re partnering on a Senior Brand Strategy hire to work directly alongside executive leadership and embedded client teams — shaping how brands show up in market and scale.

What you’ll be doing:

This is not a siloed strategy role. You’ll be deeply embedded within client verticals, acting as a true partner to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end brand planning across key accounts
  • Develop differentiated value propositions and positioning
  • Partner with senior account leads and C-suite biotech clients
  • Translate strategy into omnichannel execution frameworks
  • Shape initiatives across HCP + patient audiences
  • Collaborate closely with medical strategy counterpartsWhat they’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of pharma strategy experience (Director+ level)
  • Proven ability to lead brand planning from insight → execution
  • Deep expertise in value proposition development
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven thinking
  • Confident presence with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to hold a POV and influence decision-making
  • Experience across complex therapeutic areas (oncology, rare disease, immunology, etc.)
