• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their Netflix accounts, subscriptions, and viewing options.
• Provide excellent troubleshooting support for technical issues related to streaming and account management.
• Resolve customer complaints and enhance satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on Netflix content, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the tech or entertainment sector, is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle technical issues effectively.
