Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Netflix, offering the chance to work in the stunning surroundings of Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide world-class support to Dutch-speaking Netflix subscribers, ensuring they have the best streaming experience. Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their Netflix accounts, subscriptions, and viewing options.
- Provide excellent troubleshooting support for technical issues related to streaming and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on Netflix content, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the tech or entertainment sector, is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle technical issues effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard computer applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A passion for entertainment and familiarity with Netflix content is an advantage.
