Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to present a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a prominent Travel & Hospitality Company. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality customer support, assisting clients with their travel and accommodation needs. As a representative, you will communicate with customers in Dutch to provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant travel experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, reservations, cancellations, and policies
- Assist customers with booking modifications, payments, and troubleshooting issues
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and company offerings to provide informed assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to document inquiries accurately
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is desirable
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Willingness to consider relocation or remote work options depending on the role
