• Source, identify, and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of the hiring process
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
