• Position: Marketing Professional – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
• This role combines marketing expertise with language mastery to train AI models in the marketing domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex calculations, analytics, and practices in marketing in Japan.
• Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring correct marketing terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural insights specific to Japanese marketing, reflecting cultural norms and media habits.
• Collaborate closely with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy.

Requirements / QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English.
• Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in marketing in Japan.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with assessment and rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus.

Engagement Details

• Remote and asynchronous role.
• 20 hours per week commitment.
• Duration: Approximately 2 months.
• Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
