Stylist

Role Overview Mercor is seeking experienced Stylists & personal shoppers (celebrity, editorial, retail, or e-commerce) to collaborate with a leading AI research lab. You will design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems by creating realistic shopper profiles, high-quality prompts, and rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks. Qualifications

• 3 + years of professional experience in any of the following: celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying / merchandising, e-commerce category management, or related consumer-shopping roles
• Demonstrated expertise in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into concrete product recommendations
• Proven ability to create retail assets (e.g., inventory scorecards, product-content libraries, campaign-ROI reports)
• Excellent written English and keen attention to detail

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Aug 10th
• Duration: 5 weeks
• Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours

Compensation & Contract

• Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
