Role: Creative Writer / AI-Assisted Content Writer

Join our creative content team to help design and refine narrative content and dialogue for our virtual worlds.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine in-game content: dialogues, quests, character backstories, world-building lore, mini-plots, personality profiles, etc.
• Collaborate with AI trainers and developers to ensure written content integrates smoothly with gameplay and interactive systems
• Review, edit, and polish content for clarity, engagement, tone, and consistency with our world’s style and ethos
• Provide creative input and ideas for story arcs, character development, branching narratives, and immersive environments
• Work remotely with our global team to help shape authentic, immersive storytelling through language

About You

• Native or fluent in English
• Strong creative writing skills, with a passion for storytelling and world-building
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality writing and consistency
• Able to adapt to guidelines and style requirements while still contributing creative flair
• Comfortable learning new tools and collaborating remotely
• Communicates feedback clearly and constructively

Preferred

• Background or interest in: fiction writing, creative writing, copywriting, game writing, narrative design, or similar fields
• Familiarity or interest in psychology, human behaviour, philosophy, or topics that can deepen character and story realism
• Interest in games, interactive storytelling, immersive worlds — or willingness to explore these areas

Compensation & Expectations

• Hourly rate: ~ £20–£22 (equivalent to US $25; actual pay adjusted for exchange rate and individual qualifications)
• Flexible commitment: 20–40+ hours/week, based on your availability and schedule
