Visual Designer

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Staff Visual Designer. This is a fully remote role that will align to PST hours!__*This job is a 7-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*

As a Staff Visual Designer, you will lead the design strategy and execution of high-impact web, email, and in-product visual designs as part of the Brand & Marketing team. You will be involved in every step of a project from gathering insights, brainstorming, prototyping, and experimentation to launching pixel-perfect designs, leveraging generative AI and conversational UI to make every interaction delightful.What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and work on multiple simultaneous visual design projects, in close collaboration with Content Designers & Marketing teams
• Design end-to-end experiences that inform and guide customers decision across a suite of products
• Leverage systems mindset, knowing how to uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels including web, email, and in-product funnels
• Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyondRequired Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of multidisciplinary Visual Design experience across web, email, and in-product funnels
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, FigJam, Airtable & the Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced experience with design systems, component libraries, & optimizing/exporting assetsDesired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience using and/or implementing AI in design/product workflows
• Prior experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or Tech industries strongly preferred!__*Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths!*
