About the Role:

Are you a solid and strategic Project Manager with a knack for navigating complex and highly critical projects? We have an exciting opportunity for two Project Managers to join our dynamic M&A Programme team. These roles are crucial to guiding large-scale projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Maintain project governance, establish project plans, and oversee projects from initial planning stages to execution and completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive M&A and integration projects.
• Ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget.
• Provide detailed project status reports to stakeholders and executive management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of governing large-scale technology and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance and integration methodologies.
• Experience with M&A and integration projects will be highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in managing applications and/or network & Wi-Fi migration projects is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage team performance and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
