The Role

We're hiring a contract Project Manager to keep our creative engine running at pace.

You'll own scheduling, capacity and delivery across a creative team of 20+ working on some of the fastest growing companies in the world.

This is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, gets a buzz from systems that work, and wants to be in the middle of how a modern creative agency actually operates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own daily, weekly and monthly scheduling across design, UGC and HQ creative teams

• Run capacity planning so we know what's coming before it lands

• Keep ClickUp tight, accurate and useful for the whole team

• Run our weekly ops standup with creative

• Support client onboarding for new accounts so nothing slips in the handover

• Flag risks before they become problems, not after

• Take ops-type tasks off account managers and creative leads so they can focus on the work

• Bring AI into how the role gets done, not as a side project

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in a creative or performance agency in a PM, Delivery or Ops role

• Lived in ClickUp, Asana, Monday or similar every day

• Run multiple accounts at once without dropping balls

• Comfortable challenging account leads and creatives when something's off

• AI is already in your workflow, not something you're planning to learn

• You anticipate problems before they appear and solve them fast

• You care about quality, clarity, and making things better

• Bonus: agency experience with Fintech, AI or DTC brands

Logistics

• 3 month contract to start, with potential to extend or convert

• Remote, day rate dependent on experience

• Start within 2 weeks ideally
