Junior Payroll Specialist

We are expanding our global team and looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries.
• Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports.
• Check payroll reports and confirm them before they are submitted to legal authorities for the assigned countries.
• Follow up on payroll inputs from various sources.
• Control employee expenses and ensure payments are made in compliance with the legal regulations of the relevant country.
• Prepare payroll backups for invoicing processes.
• Be open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conduct research, and manage the processes.
• Correspond with local accountants.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, or database management is preferred.
• Payroll experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using admin dashboards, CRMs, or data management tools.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets,
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Capability to identify data issues and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to handling sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
