Social Media Manager

Navigame is looking for a fractional Social Media Manager to join the team; someone who lives and breathes games and wants to help indie studios grow their communities.

What you'd do:

• Run socials (X, Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram) for indie game clients

• Capture and edit short-form content from gameplay and devlogs

• Plan, schedule and report across a small portfolio of titles

• Create a content calendar each month for each game

• Take ownership of the social media process

Who we're after:

• A genuine gamer, especially into indie

• Strong on short-form video - not just text posts

• Knows how game communities actually work (Discord, Reddit, the lot)

• Organised and reliable

• Has experience taking ownership of their own processes and delivering results

• Wants fractional, remote, flexible work.
