Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed, and proactive Client Success Manager to support our client success team in delivering best-in-class service. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication and enjoys working across departments to ensure campaign excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Prepare client-facing materials (reports, decks, presentations) using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. 

● Collaborate with Client Success Directors on performance check-ins, providing insights and optimization support. 

● Monitor campaign performance and assist with data-driven adjustments to meet client goals. 

● Draft and manage client communications including agendas, recap notes, and ongoing updates. 

● Assist as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

● Ensure all campaign and operational tasks are completed both accurately and timely. 

Skills / Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams. 

● Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail. 

● Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 

● Experience in advertising or performance marketing is a plus. 

● Analytical self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity. 

● Experience with Claude or other AI platforms

Compensation and Benefits: 

● $75-85k per year salary with strong bonus potential
