Position Overview:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our product offerings by identifying prospects, building connections, and closing deals. This role offers flexibility, enabling you to operate independently while making a significant contribution to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including outreach, networking, and industry research.
- Present and demonstrate our services effectively to prospects, addressing their needs and demonstrating value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from planning and proposal development to negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to help refine our sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within BPO or related industries in the US, UK, Australia, or Europe.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, business cultures, and industry trends in these regions.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with B2B sales, tech products, CRM platforms, and familiarity with AI automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with NSFW platforms, including their business models, compliance considerations, and audience dynamics, is a plus.
