This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate marketing and advertising projects from initiation through completion. You’ll work alongside project managers and creative teams to keep campaigns organized, on schedule and aligned with client goals. This position requires strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and monitoring projects.Track deadlines, deliverables and client requirements.Communicate with teams, clients and vendors.Prepare documentation, meeting notes and status updates.Help resolve challenges and improve workflows.
