Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to user queries in a timely, accurate and helpful manner.
• Ability to understand the technical details and features of a modern data platform and use this knowledge to solve user problems.
• Understanding of Data professions, and ability to navigate organisational design to identify the most relevant teams for difficult user queries.
• Data Management & Data Governance.
• Document and share solutions and best practices to address common user issues.
• Identify themes and patterns in incoming requests and work with technical teams to design solutions to improve functionality for users and reduce the volume of requests.
