FP&A Analyst (Remote)

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role combines clean modeling with sharp business sense — turning raw data into the numbers leadership uses to plan and decide.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans

- Run monthly variance analysis and management reporting

- Build models for new initiatives, hiring plans, and scenario analysis

- Partner with department leads on budget ownership and tracking

- Support board materials, investor reporting, and ad-hoc analysis

- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance

- Strong Excel modeling and financial statement fluency

- Working knowledge of planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)

- Excellent written communication and structured thinking

- Comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
