OneApp is on a mission to break down housing barriers and create more inclusive rental markets — helping property managers boost occupancy while giving renters a fair shot at home. As our Content & Brand Associate, you’ll turn strategy into stories and ship a steady drumbeat of on-brand content—from case studies and newsletters to social posts, landing-page copy, and event collateral. You’ll run the editorial calendar, coordinate freelancers and our creative agency, and keep our brand system tight and consistent across every touchpoint.

Role Summary

As our Content & Brand Associate, you’ll bring our brand to life through storytelling and content execution. From case studies and newsletters to social posts, landing-page copy, and event collateral—you’ll own the editorial calendar, keep our brand system tight, and ensure every touchpoint is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Areas of Focus

Editorial & Content Production

  • Own the editorial calendar aligned to launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and publish: case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, emails, and social posts.
  • Manage freelance writer/designers; ensure briefs, due dates, and QA are clear.

Brand Stewardship

  • Maintain brand voice, style, and visual standards; update the brand toolkit (logos, templates, slide library).
  • Police consistency across ads, sales collateral, web, events, and social.

Social & Email Execution

  • Schedule and publish organic social (LinkedIn/Meta), coordinate paid/creative with agency.
  • Build and QA marketing emails and newsletters in HubSpot Marketing Hub; ensure list hygiene and UTM use.

Web & SEO Coordination

  • Partner with agency on landing pages and site updates (WordPress); provide copy and page briefs.
  • Optimize on-page basics (titles, meta, internal links) and track content performance.

Event & Field Support

  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing & Events Manager on pre/during/post-event content.
  • Capture quotes, photos, videos, and quick-turn recaps; convert into follow-up assets.

Asset Management & QA

  • Curate and tag assets in a shared library; maintain “single source of truth.”
  • Run checklists for spelling, links, accessibility, brand, and compliance before publishing.

What Success Looks Like (12-18 Months)

  • Content velocity: A consistent cadence of high-quality assets that support launches and campaigns.
  • Brand consistency: Measurable reduction in off-brand assets; templates widely adopted.
  • Engagement & reach: Up and to the right on email CTR, social engagement, and organic traffic to priority pages.
  • Sales enablement: Reps use the latest collateral; positive feedback on clarity and usefulness.

Primary KPIs: Content shipped/month; % on-time delivery; email open/CTR; social engagement rate and follower growth; landing page CVR; organic traffic to key pages; sales collateral usage/adoption.

Should Have + Be

  • 2-4 years in B2B or B2C content/brand/communications or similar role.
  • Strong writer and editor with a clear, concise voice; portfolio required.
  • Comfortable in HubSpot Marketing Hub (email, blog, social) and WordPress basics.
  • Proficient with Google Docs/Slides, Canva, Figma, and asset organization.
  • Project-management chops: hit due dates, run checklists, and coordinate vendors.
  • U.S.-based; Mountain/Pacific preferred (Central welcome).
  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally

Nice to Have + Be

  • Proptech, multifamily, or marketplace experience; interviewing customers for stories.
  • Basic SEO/copy best practices; light HTML for formatting; Adobe CC familiarity.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams/agency on ad creative variations.
