The Role

As an Analyst, you will work on M&A research projects, delivering high-quality insights to our team. This is a fully flexible, remote opportunity – you choose the projects you take on. Over time, there will be opportunities for career progression and profit-sharing for top performers.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Conducting market research and valuation analysis

✔ Working closely with the Project Manager to prepare briefing notes, valuation reports, investment material and research market trends

✔Assisting the team in full delivery of strategic programmes

✔ Using Excel, LinkedIn & AI enabled research platforms

✔ Opportunity to become client-facing after a probationary period

Who We’re Looking For

✅ M&A knowledge required – experience via internships, courses, or work experience

✅ 2+ years experience in M&A/Strategy Consulting/Private Equity

✅ Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

✅ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and modern search tools

✅ Experience with tools PitchBook, CapitalIQ, CrunchBase, Canva and HubSpot is a plus
