Interim Tech Project Manager (TQM)

Remote / London | 4‑Month Fixed Term | Reports to: CTO

We’re seeking a results‑driven Tech Project Manager to lead the execution of complex technology projects. You’ll align outcomes with organizational goals, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly
• Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
• Track timelines and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects
• Strong leadership and team‑guiding skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Solid risk management and mitigation expertise
• Budget management and resource efficiency experience
• Familiarity with QA practices and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate project delivery

• Engineering workflows: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins
• Monitoring & observability: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Testing practices: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Swagger, JMeter, k6
