🎓 We’re Hiring: Training & Development Specialist
📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

We’re looking for a proactive and engaging Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, development, and supporting a remote-first workforce.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and learning materials.
- Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation.
- Support onboarding and continuous development initiatives.
- Track training participation, progress, and outcomes.
✅ Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, HR, or related roles (internships or volunteer experience accepted).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with virtual learning tools and platforms (LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
