What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate project activities and ensure deliverables are developed per defined requirements
• Manage project timeline, budget, scope, stakeholders, and resources
• Oversee RIDAC management (risk, issue, decision, action, and change)
• Communicate effectively through weekly status reports and meeting minutes
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams while interfacing with high-level agency stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field
• PMP certification
• Proven project management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to track tasks and ensure follow-through

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ServiceNow project record management
• Familiarity with OIT C2C project delivery processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
