What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the implementation and launch of virtual care services at customer sites
• Lead project lifecycle activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure successful project execution within timelines and customer satisfaction
• Present and facilitate discussions with executive audiences
• Navigate and communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of demonstrated track record in implementing projects with high customer satisfaction
• 2 years of experience in presentation and facilitation to executive audiences
• Training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, Six Sigma)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification upon hire
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 1 year of experience in telehealth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
