As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to help build the operational infrastructure that supports the employee lifecycle, talent programs, onboarding processes, workforce data, and people-related initiatives across the organization.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of talent, operations, process management, and administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that hiring, onboarding, employee administration, talent initiatives, reporting, compliance activities, and workforce processes are executed consistently, accurately, and professionally.

We are looking for a highly organized operator who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities for all new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer documentation, onboarding materials, and employment records.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, role changes, promotions, transfers, and departures.
- Coordinate background checks, employment verification, screening processes, and compliance requirements.
- Administer candidate assessments, evaluation processes, and talent-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records, organizational data, reporting structures, and workforce documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, and internal databases.
- Support talent initiatives, workforce planning activities, internship programs, veteran programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate hiring workflows and ensure all approvals, documentation, and process requirements are completed.
- Support hiring managers and leadership teams by maintaining visibility across active hiring and onboarding activities.
- Track and report on key talent metrics, onboarding progress, hiring activity, and organizational data.
- Assist with policy administration, process documentation, workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects involving HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and leadership teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently achieved.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve talent and people operations processes through technology and AI-enabled tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in talent operations, people operations, HR operations, business operations, program coordination, or a related operational role.
- Experience working within a startup, scale-up, technology company, manufacturing business, or other high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Strong process orientation with a focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong administrative and operational discipline.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong proficiency across business systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, and workflow management software.
Highly Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting fast-growing technology, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering organizations.
- Experience with onboarding systems, HRIS platforms, ATS platforms, background screening providers, and workforce management systems.
- Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Exposure to compliance-related employment processes and workforce reporting.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, talent development, internship, military transition, or workforce initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflow automation and operational tools.
