About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join us as a co-founder and partner.

This is a part-time, remote role that will start with the flexibility to grow into a full-time leadership position as we achieve our targets.

Your main focus:

  • Generating and qualifying new leads (primarily in Estonia, potentially abroad)
  • Consulting potential clients and presenting the value of AI solutions
  • Leading the sales process from first contact to closing the deal
  • Helping shape our sales strategy and overall growth as a core member of the team
