Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior BI & Reporting Analyst to convert complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to support decision-making through dashboards, analysis, and data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting assets
• Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and advanced Excel
• Develop executive-level presentations and reporting decks
• Gather requirements and deliver actionable insights for business leaders
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across reports
• Maintain existing reporting templates and create new reporting materials

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Solid SQL skills
• Advanced Excel
• Experience translating complex data into executive-facing insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• 5+ years of BI / reporting experience (10+ years preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, STEM, or equivalent experience
