Business Operations Analyst - Global SaaS - €73K

We're hiring a Business Analyst / Business Operations Analyst with expertise in Finance & Data for a global technology company's value and analytics team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving internal business case models that demonstrate the financial value of the company's solutions.

The offer

• Annual Salary up to €73,000 doe
• PAYE contract until Dec 2025 (likely extension to Oct 2026) - paid on a weekly bais through us Principle HR
• Fully remote within Ireland, laptop provided (cannot work remotely outside of Republic of Ireland)
• 3 days/week aligned to US Eastern Time

What you'll do

• Maintain, validate, and update data across business case tools
• Ensure financial content accuracy and consistency
• Support documentation and process improvements
• Collaborate with global teams (mainly US-based, EST hours 3 days/week)

What you'll need

• 3+ years' experience in finance, business operations, or data analysis
• Strong Excel skills - formulas, pivot tables, formatting
• Attention to detail and solid understanding of basic finance principles
• Ability to work effectively across time zones
