Digital Marketing Education Training Partner – Global Tech

We’re hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Webinars Education Partner to play a key role in designing, activating, and scaling high-impact training programmes across EMEA. This is a senior role for someone who knows digital advertising inside-out, understands how partners learn, and can build and run education programmes that genuinely move the needle.

• Contract : 12 month – strong chance of extension
• Salary : £80k -£88k pa
• Location : Remote UK but with event travel

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the planning and rollout of digital education programmes across key European markets.
• Design education strategies aligned with both regional needs and global learning priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for all education offerings in your markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand training needs and gaps, particularly around performance and direct response solutions.
• Support certification programmes: bootcamps, coordination, exam scheduling and audience enablement.
• Manage operational tasks including attendance tracking, communications, logistics and data management.
• Gather feedback from markets and synthesise insights for central teams to improve programme quality and relevance.
• Partner with project managers and contractors to run large volumes of webinars and other education formats.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional fluency in English; German fluency is a strong advantage.
• 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing training, events management, programme delivery, public speaking, or education roles.
• Solid expertise in digital advertising tools, especially direct response and performance marketing.
