Role Description
PrivSource is hiring a Founding Revenue Operator (Sales & Growth) to own day-to-day sales execution and help build our go-to-market motion from the ground up.
This is an early, hands-on role working directly with the founder. You will run outbound outreach, lead discovery calls and product demos, manage pipeline end to end, and help shape how we sell into a niche enterprise market.
If you are looking for a polished sales organization with established playbooks and heavy enablement, this role is not a fit. If you enjoy building the playbook while actively selling, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Own
• Run outbound email and LinkedIn outreach to M&A advisors and investors
• Book and lead discovery calls and product demos
• Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and next steps end to end
• Identify which messaging, ICPs, and use cases convert
• Feed customer insights directly into product and positioning
• Help document and improve our sales motion as it evolves
You’ll have real ownership day to day, with direct access to the founder for context, support, and decision-making.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working without a rigid playbook or heavy enablement
• Curiosity about M&A, investing, and how deals actually get done
• Willingness to own outcomes, not just activity
Transaction experience is not required. Comfort learning a complex, niche market is.
Compensation & Structure
• Base salary plus commission on new revenue
• Uncapped commission tied directly to performance
• Potential for equity for the right long-term fit
