Propel Pro™ is a sports technology company connecting athletes of all levels with elite coaches through live video coaching, on-demand sessions, and async film analysis with telestration. Role Description

This is a Part-Time, Remote-Friendly contract role (20 hrs/week(+), $25–$35/hr) for an

Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator.

This is not a task-list job. You will be the operational backbone of the CEO's day — owning his calendar, keeping Monday.com current, capturing and closing action items from every call, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work across departments including partnerships, product, legal coordination, and creative, and you'll help prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings by building presentations and briefing materials. You'll know what matters this week and why — without being told.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of EA, chief-of-staff, or operations experience, preferably at a startup or fast-moving small company
  • Proven ability to build clear, professional presentations and briefing documents
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a genuine bias toward action — you bring solutions, not just problems
  • Strong written communication; you'll represent the company externally
  • Experience maintaining project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar on behalf of someone else — not just your own tasks
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured, fast-changing environment
  • New York area a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with sports, coaching, or athlete development is a bonus — but ownership instincts matter more
