Raiqa Health is an innovative digital healthcare platform bridging the gap between patients and practitioners in Australia. We're launching our service to address the healthcare accessibility challenges, particularly focusing on areas with high demand but limited provider availability.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead to join our team as we prepare for our Beta launch in July 2025. This is a multifaceted role that will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining operational processes, and supporting both practitioners and patients on our platform.
Key Responsibilities Support Practitioner, Practices, Patients
- First point of contact for the Business Strategic partner and handling enquiries
- Client (practitioners + Practices) success management, reaching out to new leads and onboarding clients to the Raiqa Health Platform
- Provide comprehensive platform guidance and support to practitioners
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including private billing, gap payments, DAV, Medicare claims and refund processing, handle payment disputes & resolutions
- Support payment tracking, reconciliation, referral letter management, and comprehensive record-keeping
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex patient grievances and technical issues beyond offshore capabilities, collaborate with offshore Ops & IT support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quality standards
- Develop operational policies, procedures, and business continuity planning for system resilience
- Ensure adherence to Australian healthcare regulations, telehealth compliance standards, and data privacy protection protocols in accordance with regulatory frameworks
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare practice management, preferably in a GP clinic or telehealth environment
- Strong understanding of Medicare billing systems and compliance requirements
- Experience with patient management systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hours & Compensation
- Contract position (40 hours per week)
- Remote role - Work from home. If required, occasional visits to practices for the brand introduction.
- Salary: AUD 40-45 per hr including Super + Bonus
