Recruityard is recruiting German-speaking Customer Support Advisors (Deutschsprachige Kundenservice Mitarbeiter) to join an international customer service project.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
- Assist with account management, billing, invoices and service-related enquiries.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Guide customers through products, services and digital platform features.
- Handle customer requests efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Deliver excellent Customer Service, Kundenbetreuung and Customer Experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- German: C2 level – Mandatory.
- English: C2 level – Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable using computers, digital tools and customer support systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment – Mandatory.
- Must be available to work remotely from mainland Portugal.
Career changers (Quereinsteiger) with strong communication and language skills are welcome!
Salary & Benefits
We offer a compensation package combining fixed pay, allowances and performance-related bonuses:
- Base salary: €920 gross/month.
- Language allowance: €500/month.
- Multiskill bonus: €150/month.
- Attendance allowance: €110/month.
- Flex work allowance: €60/month.
- Performance bonus: Up to €360/month.
- Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day.
Total potential monthly gross compensation: Up to €2,100, excluding meal allowance.
Working Conditions
- Location: Mainland Portugal.
- Work model: 100% Remote / Home Office.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating 8-hour shifts.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Contract: Permanent contract after 6 months.
