About the Opportunity:
The organization provides an AI-powered voice system that helps small businesses manage customer calls, book appointments, and handle requests automatically, with no complex setup required. The Partner Manager role is focused on building and nurturing relationships with resellers, consultants, and service providers to expand the reach of this technology.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new partners such as IT consultants, software resellers, and service providers
• Assess and qualify inbound leads from marketing, referrals, and events
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
• Support partners with go-to-market plans, training, resources, and implementation support
• Manage contracts and proposals for partner agreements
• Set joint goals with partners, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as the main contact between partners and internal sales, marketing, and product teams to address partner needs and feedback
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate
• Experience in sales or business development with understanding of sales cycles and B2B markets
• Ability to make autonomous decisions and demonstrate initiative
• Focus on partner success, including listening to and acting on feedback
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets
• Interest in startups and developments in AI
Compensation:
• OTE $160,000-180,000 with $100,000 base and uncapped bonus
