We are seeking an experienced SSIS Developer to design, build, and maintain data integration and ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines, with additional exposure to Salesforce systems preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SSIS to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between SQL Server, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Optimize SSIS packages for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL and data flow issues.
• Work closely with DBAs and data analysts to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
• Support deployments, version control, and scheduling through SQL Server Agent or other automation tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Experience in ETL development, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and integrating Salesforce data (via APIs, SSIS connectors, or flat files) is highly desirable.
• Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
