What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls while conducting telephone screenings
  • Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Utilize computer navigation skills to assist customers efficiently
  • Ensure a distraction-free home office environment during work hours

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Proficient computer navigation skills
  • Must consent to a background check
