We are now growing our team and looking for driven professionals ready to build their careers in a strong, international studio with a product that’s making waves worldwide. We are seeking a VP of Finance to lead our global finance organization.In this role, you will be the CFO’s right hand and the manager of the department. You will not only ensure the integrity of our financial reporting and compliance but also drive business performance through deep cross-functional partnership. You will build a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume transaction growth while optimizing margins and mitigating risk. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:1. Financial Operations, Reporting & Tax

• Direct all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Treasury) ensuring a timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Manage multi-entity consolidation and navigate the complex international tax landscape of iGaming (VAT, Gaming Duties, Transfer Pricing, and Corporate Tax)
• Lead the relationship with external auditors, ensuring clean audits and swift resolution of any findings
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and FX risk strategies across multiple currencies

2. FP&A & Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with the CCO and Sales leadership to model and approve deal structures (revenue share, fees, minimum guarantees) to ensure profitability before contracts are signed
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess the ROI of R&D investments and new market entries
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing the management team with clear visibility into future performance
• Move finance beyond "gatekeeping" by providing department heads with actionable dashboards and data to manage their own P&Ls effectively

3. Operational Excellence & Automation

• Own the financial tech stack (ERP, FP&A). Lead the implementation of automations to streamline the "agreement-to-Cash" and "PO-to-Pay" cycles
• Design automated reconciliation processes between platform gaming data (backend) and financial ledgers to handle high transaction volumes with minimal manual intervention
• Continuously audit internal workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring the finance function can scale without a linear increase in headcount

4. Procurement & Cost Optimization

• Assist negotiations on "material expense" contracts
• Proactively review vendor performance and costs. Challenge legacy spend and drive economies of scale as the business grows
• Monitor gross margins closely, identifying cost creep in hosting or third-party provider fees and initiating corrective actions

5. Technical Accounting, Legal & Compliance

• Serve as the internal expert on technical accounting (e.g., IFRS)
• Partner with the Legal team to review financial clauses in commercial contracts and vendor agreements
• Ensure all financial reporting requirements for gaming licenses are met accurately and on time

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and manage a diverse finance team. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and curiosity
• Ensure the team remains up-to-date on changing regulatory and accounting standards

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• 10+ years of finance experience, with significant time spent in a leadership role (Director/VP)
• iGaming experience - advantage, high pace growth company experience
• CPA / ACCA / ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of IFRS and revenue recognition in a digital economy
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERPs and FP&A tools.
• Strong negotiation skills for both revenue deals and vendor procurement
• Track record of retaining top talent and building cohesive teams
• A finance leader who enjoys the details but can also present the big picture to the management team
