About Satlas

Satlas is a marketing agency helping Australian mortgage and finance brokers build predictable, high-quality pipelines. We're growing our outbound function and looking for a hungry, coachable SDR to drive it.

About the role

This is a pure outbound role. You'll be on the phone every day calling mortgage and finance brokers from a curated list, having real conversations, and booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team. We provide the list, script, training, and support. Your job is to dial, qualify, and book.

A typical day

5 to 6 hours of focused dialling. 60+ dials, 5+ conversations, 1 to 2 meetings booked on a good day. Weekly coaching sessions where we review your calls and help you get sharper.

What you'll do

  • Make 60+ outbound calls per day to a curated prospect list
  • Qualify prospects against our ICP and book discovery calls
  • Log all activity, outcomes, and notes in our CRM
  • Submit weekly call recordings for coaching and review
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team

Background we're looking for

Tech sales, real estate, recruitment, charity fundraising, telco sales, or any high-volume phone-based role. No agency or marketing background required. We'll teach you everything.

Compensation

  • $32/hour casual
  • $100 per qualified discovery call held
  • 5% commission on deals closed from your booked meetings
  • On-target earnings $60,000 to $80,000+ in year one
  • Genuine path to a salaried AE role with higher comp as we grow

Hours

  • 25 to 35 hours per week, business hours.
