HR/TA Coordinator
4-6mth initial contract
As one of our embedded client's continues to grow, they are looking for additional support with both scheduling interviews (including complex panels), and onboarding. This position will work closely the existing Business Operations and HR teams, to ensure smooth running during this high-volume period.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Operations and the Head of People with day-to-day execution across recruiting coordination and new hire onboarding, including:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews across a selection of open roles, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates on scheduling and logistics
- Setting up new job requisitions in the ATS based on details provided by the Business Operations team
- Executing new hire onboarding tasks including background checks, I-9 verification, HRIS entry, DocuSign agreements, introductory meeting scheduling, and record updates in Monday.com
- Managing inbound employment verification requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills and comfort corresponding professionally with external candidates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
