What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll bring your expertise and leadership to drive key projects and support our growing team. Here's what you'll be up to:

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Assist in setting product priorities and delivering updates to stakeholders.
• Promote the use of cutting-edge tools and technologies to empower your team.
• Mentor and coach software engineers of varied experience levels.
• Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation flourish.

Engineering Excellence:

• Design, write, and test product features.
• Solve complex problems collaboratively with your team.
• Conduct code peer reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and manage production incidents.
• Handle support escalations and contribute to solution design.

What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java/Groovy and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Full-stack development experience and a passion for continual learning.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Docker, React, Spring Boot, and Atlassian products.
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
