About the Role:
We’re growing our partnerships team and are looking for a commercially driven, relationship first operator to lead strategic partnerships at SHEcom. As Strategic Partnerships Manager, your primary focus will be sourcing, pitching, and closing high value partnership deals with aligned brands like PayPal, Shopify, Klaviyo, Airwallex and others across the eCommerce landscape.
You’ll own the full sales cycle [from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and deal closure] before collaborating closely with our Senior Manager, Partnerships & Marketing and the marketing team to hand off for flawless execution.
This is a high impact role responsible for revenue growth and expanding SHEcom’s presence and influence across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch and close strategic partnership and sponsorship deals with aligned platforms, agencies, and corporate brands
- Develop compelling proposals and partnership strategies tailored to prospect goals
- Maintain a healthy and up to date pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Lead partner negotiations, ensuring all deals align with SHEcom’s brand and mission
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team to align on targets and strategic direction
- Provide a clear and timely handover to the partnerships marketing team for seamless campaign execution
- Monitor post deal performance metrics and flag renewal or upsell opportunities
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 3+ years in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or sponsorship sales preferably in media, events or eCommerce
- Are a confident and persuasive communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Understand the eCommerce landscape and can connect with the tools, platforms, and services our members use
- Take a strategic, consultative approach to selling, you care about finding win wins, not pushing products
- Are proactive, target driven and self motivated, with strong follow through
- Love working in a fast paced, purpose driven environment where your contribution directly drives business growth
