SpareRide is on a mission to revolutionise event travel. Weâre a fast-moving startup dedicated to reducing the carbon footprint of large-scale events by offering a seamless, peer-to-peer ridesharing platform.
Now, weâre looking for a Partnership Manager to drive our growth and bring SpareRide to major events across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, excels at building relationships, and wants to be part of something that makes a real impact on a long term basis.
Please note, this role is open to candidates from the United Kingdom, any applicants from overseas, unfortunately at this time, will not be considered.
What Youâll Do
- Identify and secure partnerships with event organisers, festivals, conferences, and venues.
- Pitch the benefits of SpareRide as a sustainable, cost-effective transport solution.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, from small independent events to large-scale festivals.
- Work closely with the founding team to refine our partnership strategy and market positioning.
- Represent SpareRide at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings.
What Weâre Looking For
â A natural dealmaker with experience in partnerships, sales, or business development.
â Someone who thrives in a startup environmentâcreative, adaptable, and ambitious.
â Passionate about sustainability and excited by the potential of SpareRide.
â Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
â Previous experience in the events industry is a bonus, but not essential.

This is a commission-only role initially, reflecting the early-stage nature of the startup. However, as we grow, we aim to transition into a salaried position with additional incentives.
