About The Role We are currently seeking experienced Executive Assistants to join our dynamic team, supporting a variety of clients across multiple industries, including nonprofit, finance, venture capital, tech, and casual fine dining. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible scheduling that aligns with your personal and professional commitments. As an integral part of Boldly, you will provide top-tier administrative support to high-level executives and entrepreneurs, helping them maximize their productivity and focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, managing expenses, and performing various administrative tasks tailored to each client’s needs. You will have the autonomy to select the clients you support based on your preferences and values, fostering long-term, rewarding partnerships. This position emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, with no night or weekend work required, and offers a supportive environment where your organizational and communication skills will be highly valued. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or senior administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in online productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and managing executives’ appointment schedules and calendars efficiently.
  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
  • Managing multiple email inboxes, prioritizing correspondence, and drafting responses or letters as needed.
  • Handling expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Researching and routing correspondence, preparing reports, and collecting relevant information for decision-making.
  • Supporting event planning and logistical arrangements for meetings or company events.
  • Providing general administrative support, including document management, data entry, and filing.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
