What you'll be doing: As MSP Implementation Manager, you'll lead the delivery of new MSP programme implementations from end to end - ensuring a smooth, professional and positive experience for every client. This is a role that combines project management, stakeholder collaboration, and process excellence. Project Management

• Own and lead the implementation project plan for each new MSP client
• Drive timelines, manage risks, and align internal/external resources
• Produce and maintain project reports, action logs, and communication plans
• Track and report progress to senior stakeholders

Operational Excellence

• Support the design and continuous improvement of our implementation framework
• Work closely with the VMS provider and Tech teams to set up systems and data workflows
• Onboard supply partners, ensuring compliance and accurate data transfer
• Maintain accurate meeting minutes and documentation throughout the process

Change & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and action areas of improvement in implementation and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with Tech, Compliance and MSP teams to evolve the client experience and reporting framework

What we're looking for: You're a natural problem solver, enthusiastic about change, and love turning ideas into action. You might be a seasoned recruitment project manager, a tuition operations lead, or an implementation specialist with a strong grasp of MSP delivery.

Experience & Background

• Proven experience in delivering MSP and/or RPO implementation projects
• Experience working with VMS and/or ATS platforms
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2/Six Sigma (desirable, not essential)

• Strong project management skills with a structured, analytical mindset
• Confident with data, systems and process mapping
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator
• Able to juggle multiple implementations while remaining organised and calm
