Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant located in Annapolis, MD. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering overall executive support. Additionally, the role includes managing communications and performing general administrative assistance tasks to support the executive team effectively.
Qualifications
- Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven track record of reliability and professionalism in a similar role
