About the role:
A highly adaptable, motivated, and execution-oriented Senior Executive Assistant is sought. This EA will work directly with the Head of Global Account Development and team and will be responsible for executing business-related administrative duties such as calendaring, travel, expenses, event planning, and ad hoc project management. The ideal candidate is self-directed, a fast learner capable of managing a varied workload from multiple inputs, and can prioritize the day-to-day against the bigger picture.
This is a remote position based in the US and requires travel up to 20% of the time.
In this role, you will:
- Be a representative of your executive, including meeting coordination, email correspondence, and liaising externally between internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success, and internally with other departments and key stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars.
- Plan and book complex travel itineraries.
- Manage all work-related expenses and budget.
- Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings.
- Help organize and plan internal events (off-sites, team-building, etc.).
- Anticipate and react to executive requests in an expedient manner.
- Perform general administrative duties and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
- Champion, role model, and embed the organization’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the organization scales globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Ability to travel to and from office on occasion and for other events.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
- A strong sense of direction around sensitive scenarios and confidential information.
- Experience working with different procurement, budgeting, and travel tools.
- Experience supporting a Go-To-Market organization, ideally Sales.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience based near one of the office hubs in the US, SF, ATL, or Phoenix.
- Experience supporting sales leaders with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning and team incentives.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience working with navan.
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
