Sydney Tech Week positions Sydney as a premier meeting place for innovation, investment, and enterprise technology in the Asia Pacific region. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at Sydney Tech Week. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive event awareness, registrations, and engagement across digital, social, email, and partner channels. They will manage campaign calendars, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. The role includes analyzing campaign performance, optimizing based on data insights, and reporting on KPIs and ROI to stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will also oversee content and collateral development, support sponsorship and exhibitor marketing, and contribute to brand positioning for Sydney Tech Week and its associated events. Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital and social media marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Experience with content creation and content marketing across email, web, and social platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in event or B2B marketing, ideally within technology, innovation, or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the Asia Pacific tech ecosystem and interest in innovation and enterprise technology is an advantage.
