📋 We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative

📍 Location: Australia (Remote)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Level: Entry / Junior to Mid-level

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and support pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-oriented, and enjoys starting conversations that lead to sales opportunities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and opportunity
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Research target markets, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

✅ Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Based in Australia with full working rights

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with B2B or SaaS sales environments
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes
  • Experience in outbound sales or inside sales roles
