We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and support pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-oriented, and enjoys starting conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and opportunity
- Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Research target markets, industries, and key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
✅ Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Based in Australia with full working rights

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS sales environments
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes
- Experience in outbound sales or inside sales roles
