📋 We’re Hiring: Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys engaging with clients to deliver value-driven solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present products/services and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities

✅ Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment
  • Confidence in presenting and closing deals
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Based in Australia with full working rights
